1. The service

Rokban is a free directory that helps buyers find products from shops in Cambodia and contact them directly. Rokban is not a seller: every sale is agreed between the buyer and the shop, which alone is responsible for its products, prices, delivery and after-sales service.

2. For buyers

• Information on Rokban is indicative: confirm the price, availability and conditions with the shop before paying.
• Rokban is not involved in your exchanges with a shop and cannot be held responsible for them.
• Be careful: never pay a seller you do not trust, and tell us on @RokbanBot about anything suspicious.

3. For sellers

Account and approval

• Showing your shop on Rokban is free. If paid options are offered one day, they will be announced in advance and never charged without your agreement.
• You give accurate information and you are responsible for what is done with your account.
• The Rokban team checks every new shop and every product feed before it appears. It may refuse, suspend or remove a shop or a product that breaks these terms, and tells you why when it can.

What you may show

• Only products you have the right to sell, with photos you have the right to use.
• Accurate names, descriptions and prices.
• Forbidden: anything illegal in the Kingdom of Cambodia, and in particular weapons and ammunition, drugs, medicines sold only on prescription, counterfeit or stolen goods, protected wild animals and plants and products made from them, adult content, gambling services, and any misleading or fraudulent offer.

What you allow Rokban to do

• Show your shop information, products and photos on Rokban, resize the photos, translate the texts automatically and show them in links and shares, free of charge, for as long as they are on Rokban.
• If you connect a product feed, fetch it every hour; products that leave the feed are hidden.

Automatic translations are always marked; you may write your own text in each language instead. Statistics are given as an indication.

Leaving

You can delete a product or stop your feed at any time in your seller space, and ask on @RokbanBot to close your shop.

4. Liability

Rokban is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but do not guarantee it is free of error or interruption, and are not responsible for exchanges between buyers and shops.

5. Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top shows the latest version; sellers are told about important changes.

6. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably is brought before the courts of Phnom Penh.
